- Valuation: Gold is valued based on verified purity (using acid and density tests) and weight (using calibrated digital scales), priced at live MCX market rates at the time of transaction.
- Written quote: You will receive a written price breakdown before making any decision. You are under no obligation to accept the quote.
- Final price: The price in the written quote is the exact amount that will be transferred to your bank account. No further deductions will be made.
- Transaction completion: A transaction is completed once you accept the written quote, complete KYC verification, and the payment is confirmed in your bank account.
- Finality of sale: Once a gold purchase transaction is completed and payment is made, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. If you have concerns about a completed transaction, contact us within 24 hours at care@igoldcash.com.
