Purchasing old gold and silver items from individuals
Evaluating items using XRF technology for accurate purity assessment
Providing instant cash payment or bank transfers
Refining and processing purchased items

1.2 Sale vs. Purchase Distinction

No Buyback, No Returns, No Refunds

When you bring gold to IGoldcash, you are selling to us, not buying from us. Once the transaction is completed and payment is made:

Transaction is FINAL: No returns or exchanges permitted
Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE: Amount paid cannot be reversed
Items are IMMEDIATELY PROCESSED: Gold enters our inventory and refining pipeline
No Exception Window: There is no grace period or buyback option
